- Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast filets
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 twigs thyme
- salt, pepper
Preparation:

Dice onions and garlic and sweat in a pan.
Quarter tomatoes and add to pan with the thyme twigs. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut a slit into the side of the filets. Spoon some of the tomato mixture into the pockets and close with toothpicks.
Heat oil in a fry pan and gently fry the meat.
Slice filets and arrange them on the remaining tomato mixture.
