- Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- mushrooms
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 small onion
- some milk
- fresh herbs
- salt, pepper
- oil
Preparation:

Cut up mushrooms, zucchini, and onion and fry in a large pan with oil.

In the meantime beat eggs, milk, and herbs, and add to the vegetables. Bake in oven at 200° C. The omelette is finished when the eggs have set.
