- Ingredients:
- 500 g strained tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 30 g flour
- 30 g butter
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- salt, pepper, parsley
- 50 g cream cheese
Preparation:

Dice onions. Melt butter and sweat onions until translucent. Dust on flour.
Add vegetable stock and strained tomatoes and bring to a boil. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Flavour to taste with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix in cream cheese. This tomato soup only takes a few minutes to make and tastes rich and delicious.
Tip: Add a small cup of cooked rice to the soup to make it even more nutritious.
