Recipe - Thyme Potato Rounds

  • Ingredients:
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 150 g semolina
  • 50 g grated gouda cheese
  • ½ bunch thyme
  • salt

Preparation:

Peel potatoes and boil in salted water until tender. Drain and mash immediately.

Finely chop thyme and mix together with the semolina and gouda cheese into the cooled mashed potatoes. Season to taste with salt.

Form a roll ca. 5 cm in diameter and cut off slices ca. 1 cm thick.

Lightly brown potato rounds on both sides in a fry pan.
