- Ingredients:
- 400 g flour
- 200 g butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pkg vanilla sugar
- 50 g hazelnuts
- juice and grated rind of 1 untreated lemon
- Filling:
- red jam or jelly
- Decoration:
- powdered sugar
Preparation:

Make a short pastry out of flour, butter, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, hazelnuts, lemon juice, and grated rind.
Refrigerate dough ca. 30 minutes. Then roll out thinly and cut out round cookies. With an apple corer or the like cut out a small hole in half of the cookies.
Bake cookies ca. 10 minutes at 180° C. Brush jam or jelly onto the cooled cookies without holes. Place the cookies with holes on top and press them together.
Then dust on powdered sugar.
