- Ingredients for 2 people:
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 70 g soft wheat semolina
- 1 egg white
Preparation:

Bring milk to a boil. Stir in sugar and sprinkle in semolina. Then stir, stir, stir continuously for ca. 7-10 minutes until the desired thickness is attained. Do not let it burn!

Pour semolina pudding into a bowl and let it cool slightly. Beat egg white until stiff and fold in carefully. This make the pudding fluffier.

Tip: The pudding can be eaten cold as well. I recommend having it with some homemade stewed fruit. The photo at the top shows stewed plums.
