- Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 125 g sugar
- 150 g margarine
- 100 ml milk
- 150 g cream cheese
- 250 g flour
- ½ pkg baking powder
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 150 g frozen raspberries
Preparation:

Mix eggs, sugar, margarine, milk, and cream cheese. Mix together flour and baking powder, and stir into batter.
Finely chop pumpkin seeds and fold in together with the frozen raspberries.
Fill batter into muffin forms and place a few whole pumpkin seeds on top. Bake ca. 25 minutes at 180° C.
The muffins are delicious with raspberry whipped cream:
Beat a cup of whipping cream with a package of vanilla sugar until stiff. Purée 50 g raspberries and fold into whipped cream.
