- Ingredients for 1 cocktail:
- 6 cl brown rum
- 6 cl pineapple juice
- 2 cl coconut cream
- 1 cl cream
- Decoration:
- 1 slice of pineapple
- 1 maraschino cherry
Preparation:

Pour the ingredients for the Piña Colada into a shaker with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously and strain into a glass, that it is half full of crushed ice.
Decorate with a slice of pineapple, the maraschino cherry, and a straw and serve.

Tip: The Piña Colada is creamy, fruity, and sweet. In this tropical cocktail the cream can be left out if desired. Personally, I find that the light version tastes even better.
The Piña Colada can also be served in a hollowed pineapple but this requires a bit more work. It looks fantastic and gives a Caribbean feeling.
By the way, Piña Colada is Spanish: piña = pineapple and collar = to strain
