- Ingredients:
- 500 ml cream
- 1 vanilla bean
- 2 leaves gelatine (ca. 1½ tsp powdered gelatine)
- sugar
Preparation:

Slice vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a knife. Bring cream and vanilla seeds to a boil and flavour to taste with sugar.
Soak gelatine leaves in cold water 2 minutes and dissolve in the hot cream. Pour cream into a bowl or small molds.
It’s important to stir the cream occasionally until it starts to become thick or else the vanilla seeds will settle to the bottom.
Let cool and serve the panna cotta either in the molds or unmolded.
