- Ingredients:
- 150 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 pkg vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp rum
- 150 g nougat paste
- 300 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Glaze:
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp egg white
- Decoration:
- chocolate sprinkles
Preparation:

Beat butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg until foamy. Work in crumbled nougat paste, rum, and flour mixed with baking powder
Refrigerate dough. Then roll out thinly and cut out small stars.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180° C.

Brush the cooled cookies with a glaze of egg whites mixed with powdered sugar. Then decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
