- Ingredients:
- 300 g short pasta
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch arugula
- 1 tsp dried wild broad-leaved garlic
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dired basil
- salt, pepper
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Immerse in cold water, drain, and chill.
Depending on size, halve or quarter tomatoes. Wash arugula, clean, and pat dry. Rip into bite-sized pieces. Shave parmesan cheese into thin slices.
Prepare a dressing from the herbs, salt, pepper, and oil.
Mix all ingredients and let the pasta salad stand for ca. ½ hour.
