- Ingredients for 2 people:
- 2 kohlrabi
- 4 tbsp cream
- 15 leaves basil
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
Preparation:

Peel kohlrabi, cut into 0.5 cm thick slices and then in sticks.
Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry kohlrabi for ca. 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. The kohlrabi sticks should still have some bite to them and not lose all of their vitamins.
Stir in cream. Finely slice basil and mix into kohlrabi. Season with salt and pepper and this side dish is finished.
