- Ingredients:
- 150 g flour
- 75 g sugar
- 375 g milk
- 6 eggs
- 150 g butter
- rum
- pinch of salt
Preparation:

Mix all ingredients except rum and butter into a very thin batter. Then mix in rum and butter.
The batter should stand for quite some time. It can also be prepared the day before.
Pour a very thin layer of batter into a fry pan and fry 2-3 minutes until golden brown. It is important to make the crêpes as thin as possible.
The crêpes can be served with sweet or salty fillings. Just use your imagination.
