- Ingredients:
- 4 chicken legs
- 1 untreated lemon
- 5-6 potatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- thyme twigs
- 2 thick carrots
- salt, pepper
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp mustard
Preparation:

Wash and pat dry chicken legs. Cut potatoes into wedges and carrots into thick slices. Finely slice garlic and insert half of it under the skin of chicken legs.
Press juice out of half the lemon and slice the other half. Prepare a marinade with 8 tbsp oil, lemon juice, thyme, and 2 tsp mustard. Season with pepper and salt and stir in the rest of the garlic.

Place chicken legs, potatoes, and carrots in a roasting pan and brush on the marinade.

Bake in oven ca. 45-50 min at 200° C or 170° C (at convection setting). Finished!
