Recipe - Baked Potatoes

  • Ingredients for 6 people:
  • 12 small starchy potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 chili pepper
  • some thyme
  • some rosemary
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil

Preparation:

Halve potatoes and put into a casserole.

Quarter unpeeled garlic cloves, coarsely cut up chili pepper.

Marinate potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, garlic, and chili pepper.

Preheat oven to 150° C and bake potatoes until tender. This can take from 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the potatoes.
