A wonderful barbecue side dish. The relish (tomato-chili sauce) tastes refreshing and spicy. It goes well with vegetarian as well as meat dishes.

Ajvar is a pepper purée. In the Balkans it is served with barbecued meat. This ajvar recipe is refined with a bit of eggplant and I can recommend it.
