Recipe - Curried Turkey with Rice
- Ingredients:
- 100 g turkey
- 1 tbsp curry
- 100 ml cream
- shot of white wine
- carrots
- snow peas
- spring onions
- salt, pepper
- 1 cup basmati rice
Preparation:

Wash, peel, and slice carrots. Slice turkey in strips and fry. Cook rice.

Keep meat warm and fry vegetables in the same fry pan. Sprinkle on curry powder and deglaze with white wine.

Then add cream and season with salt and pepper as desired. Press cooked rice into a cup and turn out onto each plate. Arrange turkey strips and curried vegetables and serve.
